About "Construction Deadline" dates... You must file formal notice with the FCC telling them you're using your new frequencies before the Construction Deadline Date shown on your license, which is one year from the Effective Date shown on your license, or expect Automatic Termination of any new or modified frequencies listed on YOUR license! They DO send each licensee a “Construction Reminder Notice” letter to
make this determination. They do NOT guarantee you’ll receive, or understand it!
