License Guard GUARANTEES notice of license expiration!*  The FCC DOES send each licensee a "Renewal Reminder Notice".  
They do NOT guarantee you'll receive it, or cope with the complexities of their electronic filing system!  An expired license may be impossible to replace, depending on prevailing FCC rules. And, there's no longer a "grace period".

Subscribe to License Guard and Atlas will...
Send notice of expiration letter to your designated Contact Person several months prior to license expiration. The letter will not only advise you of the upcoming expiration but will also extend our services to handle your license renewal.** All you'll need do is sign and return the letter to Atlas with your payment. It's as easy as that!

What about your OTHER licenses?
If you have other existing licenses you'd like to add to License Guard, fill in the call signs in the table below.  We'll bill you later!  (Organizations with multiple licenses may want to consider License Guard Premier!)

Be sure you include ALL the call signs you wish to add.  Atlas can search the FCC database for ALL call signs but due to errors and omissions in the database (typed by humans!) we cannot be responsible for missing information!  

License replacement is at Atlas expense and is limited to the best possible replacement under present FCC rules and regulations.  License Guard assists the customer by providing a monitoring service.  Atlas Enterprises Co., Inc. does not assume the responsibilities of the licensee.  Our guarantee to contact the customer is based on accurate contact information provided and updated by the customer.  Undeliverable notices serve as proof of inaccurate contact information provided by the customer.
Atlas' services are provided on the condition that liability is limited to reapplying for the license needed, attaining the best possible replacement of license lost in part or whole, and not exceeding the total paid value of Atlas’ services.
